  • Customers are advised to contact us via Whatsapp +65 9830 2508 if you require any services or repairs. In some cases, it may be a simple adjustment which customer is able to make immediately. This saves customers the hassle of travelling to send the product in.
  • Customers can drop off product for services at our retail store.

  • Turn-around time is subjected to parts availability and servicing schedules.
  • All services are charged a minimum of a 1/2 hour of labor at $60 SGD per hour. All charges for service parts, labor, shipping, and other fees are your responsibility. Nonpayment can result in the confiscation of equipment.
  • Customers will be updated via Whatsapp or phone call upon completion of services.
  • It is our company's policy to only recommend original manufacturer's parts and upgrade options for our customers. We are unable to suggest nor recommend 3rd party components. It is at customer's discretion and responsibility for purchase and installation of all non-original components.
